Highlights and Release Dates
While nothing mind blowing was announced , on this Nintendo Direct, a lot of the news has helped to fill the vacancy of games that tends to preoccupy the months between February and May. The Wii U will won’t be getting anything till late April, but the 3DS will be going strong through the coming months. Two games, Steeldiver: Sub Wars and Inazuma Eleven, were released directly following this Nintendo Direct. GBA games will finally becoming to virtual console. Here’s hoping this includes the 3Ds. Now all that’s left is for Nintendo to create parody between the 3DS and Wii U eShops.
GBA Virtual Console
This announcement has been a long time coming. The first run of GBA games for the eShop will be out this April, and include Metroid Fusion, Mario & Luigi: Super Star Saga, and Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3. More games along with the listed three are coming out this April, but they’ve yet to be announced.

NES Remix 2
As with the first NES Remix, a batch of classic NES games will have specific levels remade, with new challenges built in to offer a new way to play old classics. One exemption being Super Luigi Bros., a full remake of the original Super Mario Bros. With each level will be given the NES Remix treatment.
